I like this one because I think that this is something I have never really thought about. Sometimes we take feedback negatively but this image makes a very good point.

This one I also like because I am usually not the type of person to take risks. I tend to be scared and run back to my comfort zone. It is definitely important to remember that there can be a lot gained from taking risks in the long run.

Learning Challenge... My Happiness Board Outcome

Last week I decided to write a motive thing about my day every day for a week. I am happy to say that I was able to do that. Every day I wrote something on my dry erase board. I added a new thing each day so I was able to reflect on something positive for that day as well for the past days. It did make me feel better because I have been having a tough few weeks and that was definitely a highlight. I will continue to do it daily. Positivity. [ source ]
