The Golden Goose:
The goose provides golden feathers so that the mother and her daughters are able have money. Each feather is golden when plucked. One day the mother becomes very greedy and decides to pluck all the feathers at once. When she does this all the feathers turn white and the goose leaves and never returns.

The Lion and the Crane:
The crane helps the lion when there is a bone stuck in his mouth. Although the crane is scared to get eaten, he stills helps the lion. Time goes by and he asks the lion what he will pay him in return for helping him and the lion responds that by not eating him that is a favor enough. The crane realizes he is not righteous at all.
